The best indeed for any man created by God is to ask Him to lead him to His place for him in every aspect of life, and receive grace of Him to humbly serve His purpose there. That said, narcissism has flooded the earth, every aspect. It's a vicious means by which the enemy of God and man is forcefully but subtly destroying the works of God and dominating the earth. You do well preacher, to work to counter this evil in your own jurisdiction, it's the calling of the church.
