  1. I started my 40 day fast and currently on day 18 (no food only water and one cup of natural juice smoothie a day). So far this journey is challenging but also life changing in a positive way. This is my second 40 day fast (my first fast 2015 was when I received the Holy Spirit and accept Jesus as my lord and savior) this fast was to get clarity and understanding more on my marriage and God has already given me a clear answer. Sometimes we may go into a fast asking God for something specific on what WE want but end up coming out of a fast on the direction of the Holy Spirit and what is best to glorify Jesus name! I went into this second fast thinking I should leave my husband only to get in the word of God (bible) and find out I need to stay, work it out, forgive, and control my thoughts and mouth. I thank God he loves me enough to show me not only my husband is not perfect but that I myself not perfect as well. We all fall short and this is why we need Jesus every single day that we are here on this earth. Now, I no longer have anger and have authority over my thoughts. Seeking God first, loving my husband, and two boys are my priority. Thank you Jesus for your love and mercy ❤️🙏

    • How did you do it help me please i’m doing city to four day every month but they I want to do more but I couldn’t and they need to be filled with the Holy Spirit to do something for the homeless caught up on me but I don’t know how to start a live at los Angeles got bless you Douglas you experience can you tell us your experience

    • I’ve done two 40 day fasts before. When I tell you how amazing it was. It was absolutely a challenge. There is a group of us that are fasting the month of October. We have prayer throughout the week and we do communion.

  2. I want to testify that I was watching this while fasting to receive more knowledge and power. I was completely annoyed at all the commercials every thirty seconds. I just said a little prayer: “God I want to hear this and learn but all these interruptions are making it hard.” All of a sudden all those little yellow lines that represent commercials disappeared.

    • @Kurt Lee metastasized cancer is a very difficult cancer and it is so difficult to watch people suffer with this. So sad that you and your wife had to go through this.
      It is true some cancers should be fasted and others should not be dealt with by fasting.

    • @Kurt Lee I’m very sorry for your wifes passing. Fasting while having an illness should always be consulted with a doctor. I am extremely sorry for your loss. I will be praying for you.

  3. One year ago I was a hardcore atheist. I was one a one month trip to Vietnam and got drunk so many times, that I ran out of money. I was forced to fast for 9 days which I did. When I came back home to Denmark I started reading The Bible. From hardcore atheist to a true believer in Jesus Christ in less than a year. Kickstarted by a 9 day non-voluntary fast. I hope this inspires somebody. God bless you all <3

  5. Glad to have come across this message, just when I had decided to take quarantine seriously to pray and fast. This season shouldn’t pass us by. It is here for a reason and may we come out different after the pandemic. He may be dead but his message remains true, almost a prophesy to guide us during these times.

    • If thé believers who are called by His name Christ, would make a turn and seek God for help Hé will heal this world. It only took God seven days to create thé world. It is too much self actions going on which is doomed.

  14. It’s so interesting to me, I wanted to fast 10 years ago! I fasted and all the holy things chased me down literally, chains broke off my back in the most supernatural way. Fast and pray!

  15. Well I did it! I fasted 14 days! I’m not too skinny either (for those concerned)! LOL. I choose to read the prayer and fasting examples in the Word and studied the book of Isaiah! I really enjoyed not eating, experienced much energy and productivity and felt a keen awareness of my Lord’s presence. After the fast I led my 21-day Body Reset for my peeps and was ready both physically and spiritually to lead them well. Now that’s it over, I’m planning another 14-day spiritual fast in a pursuit for wisdom, connection, healing and greater empowerment!

So God placed it in me to fast and I’ve never honestly done one before so I decided before I can do this I need to know how to and why so I did my own research came up on some great stuff like this teaching tonight amen. I thought I was only going to do One for like 3 days max but I’m going to try 10 days. I’ve got some decisions I need to make & I need to draw closer to God. Please pray for me that God would reveal his fasting plan for me so I don’t waste my time during this fasting amen I want this to be one of the most powerful things I’ve ever done. And real truth I’m a little afraid as well but I know it’s worth it and I need to do it amen

I pray my flesh don’t win over my spirirt!! I need so many things from God!! I just wanna prove to myself that God is more important to me than my flesh!! That I love the Lord Jesus Christ with all my heart and soul!!
