D.L. Moody never said anything about Jesus Christ or Holy Spirit. That show you that He doesn’t know the message of Jesus Christ. The Bible said understanding of scripture came from the revelation of the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ said we must be born again. Filled with the Holy Spirit wait for Him. He Will empower and teach you all things. Spirit no Spirit and flesh know flesh. Paul said I wasn’t taught by man.
How to study the verse you are studying 4 verse b4 and 4 verse afterwards followers the reference. Accept the word that it’s true in your heart. Keep studying pray to the Holy Spirit for the revelation. The natural man cannot the things of the Spirit. The believer must change to take on Jesus Christ nature. The second covenant in Hebrew.
I got into reading the Bible when I found the word “Calamity “ I went page by page looking for that word, I couldn’t believe it was in the Bible ? Before I knew it I had been in all 66 books of the Bible and read a lot of it as I went. It sent me down many rabbit holes so to speak ? Now I’m on my 3rd time reading the Bible all the way through! Crave it!
At 13:57, you say: go to the THIRD chapter of John and you will find Jesus talking to the Samaritan woman. In my King James Bible, and every other Bible I have ever owned, the third chapter of John has Jesus talking to Nicodemas, and then John the Baptist saying some things right after that. The woman of Samaria doesn't come along until the fourth chapter.
