How to Livestream and Screen Record with OBS (Open Broadcast Software)

When I put my web cam it’s gone on the screen and the sound is doubled

i wasnt able to select a different display than the the default display screen

what do i do if it says it doesnt support the file format?

when I record the fps for me when I'm playing is 100 but when i watch the recording its at 2 fucking fps.
