Hes called the Prince of preacher's. Yes many of our preacher's since have quoted him he is still used of our Lord. All praise to our God. And those who have discernment will agree but many in the modern church's lack this sadly but Jesus said this would happen false teachers water down the gospel 🙏
His preaching shows how in his times the decline of man through religion was abundant its not religious but relationship with Jesus. Many religious not right with God. Jesus Himself said many to HE will say I never knew you

What a beautiful sermon! I have so many issues with believing I've been forgiven because I am still upset at myself for all my wretched sins, but this Sermon gives me hope! I just have to trust in Jesus that he has forgiven me once and for all!

Praise God for loving us when we were his enemies and sending Jesus to suffer, shed his blood and die for our sins, then Jesus rose from the dead proving His redeeming power! We can know we're saved, forgiven, washed in the blood and are born of God I John 5:1.
Have not listened yet and just happened to read Calvin commentary starting at Isaiah 33:21 and I'm thinking this is right in line with what I'm going to hear on this teaching. Calvin states we have to come to believe in the blessings which God bestows. reminds me of the answer job received from God and then job who was upright came to the realization of the true power of God
I confess to Father God who chastised me for my wayward ways.
If God be my judge and not a Father, I will dare not confess. I will fight to give excuses. " The woman you have made, caused me to eat the forbidden fruit."
Then If My People Who Are Called By MY NAME, Will Humble Themselves & PRAY & SEEK MY FACE & Turn From Their Wicked Ways, I WILL HEAR FROM HEAVEN & I WILL FORGIVE THEIR SINS & RESTORE THEIR LAND. 2 Chronicles 7 v 14. AMEN 🙏
A True Saint. A man like most of us, he dealt with his old sins, depression and challenges like the rest of us. I am my own worst enemy. Jesus is King, I am a sinner. God help me. I will pray for all of you, please pray for me as well.
