I have trouble applying some of these effects. When I try to drag & drop them onto my clips, my cursor doesn't "let go" of them. Like as if I was still holding down the left mouse button. Premiere doesnt freeze or crash and it reacts to everything I do, it just acts if I was still holding the effects. I then need to close premiere using task manager since I cant click on anything. Does anyone know how to fix this?
