If brother Tobi is really a Christian then there's no way his spirit can be summoned to kill peace. God cannot leave such to cause more confusion. There's no enchantment against Jacob. When the devil has succeeded to make u believe sth else, you will end up living it and then u will be led to build a doctrine out of it. That's why the Just shall live by his Faith. Paul told Timothy to fight the Good fight of Faith and to take hold of eternal life.
