I think why teens hate their parents is that their parents expect them to respect them even though they respond to their side of the argument with blind rage. If you want respect from somebody like your child, you must respect them. If you go against your child in a violent way, your child could do the same thing to you, thus destroying the relationship. Every human is mortal and flawed, so just like how kids need to respect their parents, their parents need to respect them as well.
2:40 he's advising to get married at 24?? Doesn't sound like traditional values, even in his culture. I'm certain in his culture, the young women get married in teens. Shocked he's critiquing his values for modern flavor.
