Marriage is a journey and the current situation should not define your reason or influence the kind of partner you choose. You choose based on someone you see yourself growing with, meaning you can both influence each other when it comes to growing through life and not one person leaving the other behind, hence you see yourself as superior to the other person. There’s even nothing wrong if either the man or the woman is more financially stable/one has involved more than the other. That’s where genuine love comes to play.
