  1. I think she should have left the baby with her mom during the week during her study and see her at the weekends. And in the first place she should have kept that violent ex away from the baby after attacking her. And her new boyfriend seems to be a good catch. Why push him away, when he wants to be stand by her side!?

  2. I had to stop watching this due to the horrible angst and drama these people exist in, which causes the baby angst and uncontrollable crying and screaming non stop! 😱😱……good god! Does anyone ever stop and breath and mellow out in this silly, childish film??!!!! Stupid neurotic film! I’m stopping it do to the screaming!

  4. GRANDMOTHERS/FATHERS ARE SUCH A BLESSING…NOT A DAYCARE…THEY ARE AT TIMES…BUT NONE CAN BE A HOME…I HAVE HAD HOME DAYCARES BECAUSE OF THE TIME DURING MY CHILD'S FORMATIVE YEARS I WANTED TO SPEND WITH THEM. HOWEVER; SOME HOMES ARE NOT HEALTHY… FAMILIES ARE WHAT THEY ALL CONTRIBUTE TO THEM.

  5. Why the USA culture is ridiculous…From a drop of water they make an ocean of problems.. Can't she lesvee the child with their grandparents while she go to college and see her child kn a he weekend.? Both grandparents can share the chail support till their sin a d daughter finish their career and have full financial responsibility for their child?😮 For the child the more the merrier…both sides loving and csring for her

  6. After battling the U.S. court system for 10 years over a divorce tied to a marriage deed, I’ve come to realize that the family court system is among the worst in the world. You should never place your trust in attorneys or judges. This movie exemplified my point perfectly: Erika didn’t win. She had to sacrifice her education, her future, and herself so that the United States court system could favor someone like Scott and his family.

  7. He works part -time ,and refuses to pay the $12.00 a week. He was never involved in the child for first year. Basically, didnt want the baby and had no interest in the childs welfare…but wanted the mom to go on welfare, drop out of Cornell (Because he was probably jealous ) and let his mommy take care of that child ,probably just to get out of that 12.00 a week support payment . Wow. What a fantastic loving father he is. Disgusting and truly Pathetic display of a fathers caring behavior at any level…

  8. I like this movie it based on a true story. She lucky she got support from her mother and her sister. It not fair the judge gave full custody of Molly to her father and his parents. I hope she appeal judge decision she is a good mother and she deserves get share custody of her daughter with Molly father. She wanted Molly when she born and she finish school and got a job to support her daughter and herself. Molly father is unfit to be father and he didn't want Molly when she was born. He didn't get a job and he didn't pay child support to Molly mother for his daughter. I hope this movie has a happy ending.
