The Holy Spirit baptism is how the believer recieves the Holy Spirit. The only sign given in scripture that believers had recieved the Holy Spirit is speaking in " tongues" ,which is one spiritual language. When i recieved the Holy Spirit ,i had already believed and been water baptized and was fervently praying for the Holy Spirit. Once the Lord filled me with the Spirit i then had to surrender my tongue to Him because our tongue is the only part of us we need help surrendering. I opened my mouth and started relaxing my tongue as a way of surrendering it. After a couple minutes the Holy Spirit tool control of my tongue and i began to fluently speak in this language i had never learn and could never learn.. The effect was staggering. Never had i felt such joy.
