Unfortunately in most churches, sloppy or poor evangelism has perverted the Gospel truth according to the Apostle Jude. Instead of him eagerly sharing more encouraging stories about their new found SALVATION in the Gospel message of Jesus Christ, he had to divert his attention to a corporate WARNING to the church regarding their FAITH in OBEDIENCE to Christ (2 Timothy 4:7). Jude had described them as ungodly people who had slipped into the church unnoticed by the congregation. Their intentions were and (still) remain the same today in PERVERTING the Gospel of GRACE by allowing APOSTASY to take its roots in the church under their so called leadership. Perversion means to alter something from its ORIGINAL course!….to CHANGE or to turn away from what is deemed to be RIGHT ( Galatians 1:8). The book of Jude was Christ’s FINAL WARNING to the body of true believers before His soon return to take them home.
