  1. Uncle George, sad we have to path ways with recent updates. Thanks for the former discuss. On Pa Isaac and PFN sorry we are on different path and I see better in you. God bless you but our season ends here.

  2. Any seed, offering or tithes giving without your own heartfelt conviction of love to God's work but through cajoling/coaxing will never attract any blessings from God. It's high time we stop all this fraud on the altar/ pulpit of God.
What kind of gospel are we now preaching or exporting from Nigeria to all continents.
All these body of christ nowadays is just about money making and building mega churches.
We really lack leaders in that country call Nigeria.
Where are the production, manufacturing, processing plants and industries on several corners of our states to reduce unemployment and poverty except to suspend people's brain in the walls of mega churches. This is why there's a lot of corruption on the civil services and government parastatals.

  3. THIS HOW YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THEY LIE, HOLY SPIRIT STARTED FROM $3000 TO 300. BEFORE HOD SPEAKS HE HAD ALREADY PREPARED THE HEARTS THAT EILL GIVE THAT. THE PRECHER WON'T HAVE ANY NEED TO START REHEARSALS FROM LARGE TO SMALL. PEOPLE ARE WAKING UP

  4. @BRG, when I saw the video from page, I almost wept.

Even one of the Fathers of Faith in Nigeria, has descended so low to saying God told him to askfor $3,000 from members to connect to God to solve their challenge.

Why has he not asked his members in Oyo State to give $3,000? But in Canada, God spoke to him. Wahaha!!!😅

😢😢😢 so God, the creator of The Heavens and The Earth now needed money before he will intervene in creation. He who gave up Jesus Christ to die to take away the sins of the world, He now needs money to solve human problem.

CHRISTIANS are being killed in massive number in Northern Nigeria, God did not speak to P. Wale Oke to speak out and help them.

    What a shame! Thanks George!

  5. I have listens to sermons on giving by Pastor Andy Stanley it is one of the most balanced teaching i have heard.

    I can't recall the title…

Giving should be planned, intentional & void of emotions.
Pastors should have a particular season they call for giving, and not just comeup on a random day to call for sacrificial giving.

Sacrificial giving should be personal between one and God, instructed by the HOLYSPIRIT

  6. @BeingRealGeorge, I think Bishop Wale Oke is the PFN being refferred to here. He is got authority and can instruct that someone should not be allowed preach or be invited to a church NOT as PFN President but as the/a Spiritual Father of/to the host. This instruction may/usually NOT said directly but comes as a counsel.
    You get?

My thought on this. I stand to be corrected.

  7. Most of you will die of poverty, this kind of sacrifice has changed some people destiny. The man of God said it clearly, it must come from your heart, if you are convinced. When Baba Adeboye emptied his account, others thought he was foolish.

The money he raised is for the church.

Im a product of this type of sacrifice. Within a year God gave me a beautiful car and a house that worthy 40M naira.

  8. I don’t understand this generation. Raising money was part and parcel of the early church. Paul did it almost everywhere he went for the poor in Jerusalem (cf. 1 Corinthians 16:1–4; 2 Corinthians 8–9; Romans 15:25–27).

It is not wrong to say that gifts given to help God’s people and God’s work—especially at great personal cost—touch the heart of God. Paul teaches that God loves a cheerful giver ( 2 Corinthians 9:7 ) and encourages the Corinthians to give generously. He isn’t manipulating them. He even says that those who sow sparingly will reap sparingly, and those who sow bountifully will reap bountifully ( 2 Corinthians 9:6 ).

Yet if you preach this today, some people will say you are being “transactional.” But was Paul transactional? Paul even told the Philippian church that the gifts they gave him personally were “a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, well-pleasing to God” ( Philippians 4:18 ). If any pastor said that today, people would accuse him of manipulating his church. Was Paul manipulating the Philippians?

However, we must remind people that the greatest thing they can give to God is their lives, not merely their money (cf. Romans 12:1). They must see giving to God as an act of worship, not a means of “cashing out.” The heart matters. There must be balance in these things.

    Thank you, George.

  9. I love what the SA pastor and Selman did. TRUTH and TRANSPARENCY will always win. Tell people the truth and the ministry will be supported. God's work MUST be done by us. However dont be pushed or coerced or emotional when giving. If youre in doubt please dont give…if you dont feel compelled by your own spirit please dont give….if you are not moved or youre in conflict with your ownself please dont give….But remember that giving is a sacrifice and human mind and body is mostly resistant to sacrifices and hence giving is not palatable most times.

  10. Do you know how many hospital bill for the poor or little biz for poor widows it will open ?

The pastor and his wife will pay into their account nah ?

Chai , i used to respect this man

    Manipulation of the highest order

  11. Dear George,
I was raised in an African church but lately my mind and perspective towards somethings I hear growing is beginning to change because of exposure. I currently attend a church in Thailand where I am doing my graduate studies. I remember my first time going to church with my packaged offering, I waited for offering prayers till we shared the grace and it didn't come 😊. We still get to have lunch at the end of every sunday service with the pastor and his wife.
I am a pro-offering and seed believer because I believe that the church need finance to expand this gospel of the kingdom but this church has made me understand that we need you more than your finances.
I am so grateful I found this body of believers because it's mind blowing. I look forward to church every Sunday.

  12. But the SA can also write it off.
Pastors never give before manipulating others .

AJS felt ashamed , thats why he gave first .
When you do a conference , pay for the hall first . Nonsense

  13. The church is going through a lot and he’s here as the head of Pentecostals collecting so much money in the name God coming through for them. May God have mercy upon such leaders.
    God can not be bribed.
People of God wake up from your slumber.
