I remember when you first spoke about the RAC in a series you preached years ago; lead me to a book: psycho-cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz which has changed my life. Your inner beliefs dictate your inner self talk and how you perceive your world and whatever you experience validates your subconscious beliefs. The RAC is meant to protect our mind so that it doesn't explode but without knowing it, it is the operating system that runs the software we are inherently programmed with. The best news which I learnt from your teachings and the book is we can use the same operating system to run a new programme to our own good and that sir, is gospel. It takes practical and consistent daily exercises.Thank you sir, I have been re-writing my software and making great progress. God bless you and continue to expand your coasts further and wider.
