Sorry, but I think the great Hughes 80s comedies (except FBDO) get short shrift here. Breakfast Club, 16 Candles, Weird Science are all for me eminently more rewatchable and enjoyable than most of the films on this list. Fast TImes at Ridgemont High got featured in the beginning, but where was it in the rankings?? Adventures in Babysitting, Buffy the Vampire Slayer? And what about American Graffiti, which blows every one of these movies off the charts. Just One of the Guys is fun. Just seems this list was made by someone not too familiar with the greats of the past….
My 3 favorites are Easy A, Dazed & Confused and Clueless. I watch them whenever they're on one of the streaming channels or cable. Can't get any better than these 3.
