  1. a friend of me reached out to me a few years ago about converting to Christianity and at the time I was too scared and didn't follow up. Today is the day I'd o follow up, thank you pastor God bless

  2. That was nothing short of amazing. Short, to the point and Biblically sound. Great job Tony! I am praying for you, and all the people who help you. Don't let Satan EVER slow you down.

  3. Christians are never commanded to "share" the Gospel but to PREACH Christ. "It is the power of God unto salvation". Wrong methods don't present results. Be BOLD, man up like God tells us. "Sharing" is an apologetic, passive, feministic way for the man of God to speak truth

  4. Thanks brother, this was helpful. I would add that I don't see Peter, Philip, Ananias, Paul, or even the Lord himself (Great Commission) telling any seeker to pray in any of the Acts accounts. Prayer is not even mentioned. They always tell people to be united with Christ in baptism to have their sins washed away and to receive the Holy Spirit. Looks to me like "calling on the name of the Lord" must involve the faith to do what they say.

  5. As I was looking at the picturesque background of that particular location, I noticed all of those beautiful trees on the property. And this came to mind. When you look at a tree, think of Calvary. Jesus Christ was hung on Calvary's tree for you and me. So that we could be saved, sanctified, and set free from the dominion of sin!!

  6. Romans 3:23 – Man have sinned and come short of God’s glory —-> Romans 5:8 is the good news; Gods love was demonstrated. God loves sinners that He died on the cross for them. Bad news is that we are sinners but the good news is that God love sinners irrespective of. What sins they have done. The blood of Jesus is a substitutionary payment for the sinners sin —-> Romans 4:4-5; You cannot earn your own salvation. If it could have been earned, Jesus won’t have to die; God would have waited for us to pay for it. When one believes in Jesus for their personal salvation and not try to earn it themselves; God credits the sinners with the righteousness of Jesus Christ

  7. Very concise, simple and yet fantastic presentation of the Gospel! We should also remember, that we are not called to try to convert or convince people, but to PROCLAIM the Gospel. God and His Word is responsible for convincing them and saving…
