My auntie died because the church preached not to get the vaccine. Many of the church members died due to covid…. face palm… religion can be stupid sometimes. Also 1 of my aunties I never met died at 20 in Thailand due to a parasite because she refused to take antibiotics prescribed by the Thai doctor… they just prayed for her and she died… stupid
this whole movie and its idea is very disturbing to say the least. and I'm not Christian but many people will also "teach" religion like this in mine too, and since i was a very little child, it's been one of the things that induced strong anxiety in me. and still till this day as a late teenager this type of talks and deceptions trigger me. and it's definitely not something that, in any way, makes me want to be closer to a religion that works like this or is taught like this. it only makes me scared for long periods and feel like my stomach aches from anxiety caused by it and i always avoid these conversations along with few other religious conversations. that's all it does. and it can induce a doubt in said religion(s), if anything. (i of course try do my research deep before believing in anything, but the possibility of a religion being actually like this..does not draw me to it.)
