    ## Ministry and Career with Mount Zion
Adewole's entry into full-time drama ministry was highly symbolic. On July 11, 1986, he played the role of a demon in the production "Hell In Conference," an experience he credits with launching his spiritual calling. [2]
Immediately after completing his college education, he joined the newly established Mount Zion Faith Ministries as a full-time member under the mentorship of Evang. Mike Bamiloye. Over more than three decades, Adewole climbed the ranks to become the Vice President of Mount Zion Faith Ministries and the Deputy Director of the Mount Zion Institute of Christian Drama, where he trained thousands of subsequent drama evangelists. [2, 3]
He later founded his own independent outreach, Great Light Production Ministries (or Great Light Film Productions), where he serves as Creative Director. [4, 5]
    ## Notable Filmography
Adewole was one of the most prominent faces of Mount Zion home videos during the golden age of Nigerian Christian cinema in the 1990s. His most notable movie appearances and productions include: [2, 6]

    ## Health Challenges and Vocal Recovery
In 2016, while in the United Kingdom to shoot a movie, Evangelist Adewole was diagnosed with Retrosternal Goiter. During a corrective surgery to remove the goiter, his vocal cords were accidentally damaged, resulting in the complete loss of his voice. [7]
For several years, the gospel film community and organizations like [Gospel Film News](https://www.gospelfilmnews.com) led a massive crowdfunding campaign to raise $60,000 for him to undergo a complex corrective throat surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, USA, or in the UK. Following successful medical interventions and public support, he began his recuperation and eventually experienced a miraculous recovery of his ability to speak and preach. [2, 5, 6, 7, 8]

  4. I don’t know your motive for bringing this up at this time but you forgot to add to your information that Ore Adewole officially resigned from mount zion ministry around 2009 to start his own ministry named great light film production ministry. He was released prayerfully and celebrated. The throat surgery took place in 2016 but unfortunately his vocal cord was badly damaged.
