  5. My mother is in a hospice house for the dying. I am with her and she is on her way to be with Jesus. I hold her hand and she can no longer squeeze my hand. Her breath is dry. I giver her drops of water with a sponge.

    Update: 2 POA siblings are trying any way possible for my sister and I to not visit mom unless one of them is present. When our mother was forcefully taken out of her home on 9/11, one sibling POA and her husband assaulted my sister who had been mom’s primary caregiver for years. We didn’t want our mother to be taken and we didn’t allow POA sister to go into mom’s house to take her away. Same day same hour 2 sherriff deputies knocked on the door and I had to open the door for the Santa Fe Saint Vincent transport team to take her frail 96 .9 year old body to the hospice house many miles away. It was so sad to see how they took her off of her bed. They didn’t know how fragile she was.
    We knew and we tried to help them to move her safely . I had to hold her head and neck because it was dangling. Her neck was one of her weakest points in her body
    Mom got worse. I stayed with her the next three days and nights. She declined significantly.
    —yesterday I went home to check on things. I was so worried she might die before I got back.
    When I got back hours later, my POA sister and my nephews girlfriend were in the room with my mom. POA sibling didn’t speak to me.i had texted her to ask her when she was leaving. She didn’t respond. I was kind of surprised when i saw her.
    I got a call when I was in my mom’s room; from a source that wanted to chat about rules and mom’s safety. I walked out and told her that I want someone with me when I talk. They asked if my friend was on mom’s HIPPA list . I said probably not , but she can step aside if she has to. They said ok. I called my source and she said yes. However, the person who called me never called me back in 6 minutes like she said she would.
    I told them I DONT WAN TO BE SABOTAGED. They said YOU WONT BE SABOTAGED.
    At this point I don’t know if I will see my mom again. I did what I thought was best for her and for my siblings. I don’t want to leave her alone.
    At the hospice house , avery very kind worker told
    me that I would no longer be able to sleep there next to my mother. He told me I could only go there from 8am to 5PM when someone else was there. The someone else had to be one of the two PIA siblings
    POA sibling #1 in Mondays
    POA sibling #2 on Tuesday.
    …don’t know what’s happening for the rest of the week yet. Sib#2 is from out of state. Sib#1 works online.
    I really really believe they are looking to SETTING US UP.

    Our mother is a person, not a straw woman. Nobody own her body. She owns her body. The deputies, the hospice house, the POAs, don’t own her body.
    We have a video of her where she said she wanted to stay home. In quote mom said,
    “There’s No Place Like Home.”
