  1. I’m 56, wife 53, we have always been healthy…ish. We have rededicated our lives to fitness. 6am workouts 4 days resistance training, 3-5 movements 5-7 reps(45mins), split by a day of cardio test, 1mile run or 12 mins assault bike, etc. Healthy eating, top supplements, sleep 6-8hrs, no alcohol and following persons like yourself.
