Usually regret/ conviction of sin is required to receive the gift of God‘s grace and salvation through the redeeming death and resurrection of Jesus. If a person doesn’t think they’ve committed any sins then they have no reason to believe in Jesus‘s death and resurrection or claim the gift of salvation. Repentance perhaps indicates a willingness to turn from a known sin. Willingness and success in turning from sin maybe two different things… with God anything is possible!
If repentance of sins is a necessary prerequisite for the gift of salvation, then it’s not a free gift, but rather you must work for it. Furthermore nobody has ever successfully repented of all their sins. God’s standard is absolute perfection. Not even one sin is allowed to be in Heaven. Next these false teachers will effectively lower God’s standard of absolute perfection down to some attainable for them standard of so called holy living. They know that they still sin, so they say only be willing to repent. Okay, how willing, and when do you find out if you have been willing enough? The King James Bible says, not of him who willeth or him who runneth, but of God who shows mercy. Also, repentance from dead works and of faith Towards God.
Jesus gets all the glory for saving anyone and as such He will not save anyone who is trusting partially in their good works and partially in Him. He paid for all the sins of all the world (past, present, and future). That payment is put to your account when you have believed on Christ alone for salvation. When you have believed you have repented unto life.
To be saved (have Everlasting life), you must admit that you are a hopelessly lost sinner and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before and trust Jesus Christ as your only hope of getting to Heaven. You are trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone.

If u want to warn souls dont argue with Christians go on the muslim / atheist youtube videos they are billions of lost muslims that believe Jesus is not the saviour and they need the saviour . You have a zeal for God and I really do appreciate that. I only got saved two years ago after being religious for the past 43 years. I came from a Baptist and then United Pentacostal Church International background.
I have heard a lot of truth but always a false gospel message of faith plus works equals salvation.
Renee Roland, jacksmack77, Jason Jack, or Dr. Ralph Yankee Arnold are all great Preachers on YouTube.
I got saved two years ago after listening to the preaching of Renee Roland on YouTube.
I go online all the time because I want others to get saved and then serve God (for the right reasons,).

i am trusting with all my heart in the finished work of the Cross of Jesus for my salvation . Christ is our righteousness , we cannot earn salvation . Holiness and Righteousnes are 2 different things .
Holiness has to do with our conduct and close relationship in our Hearts with Jesus’ Holy Spirit . Holiness that can take time and it’s a ongoing constant personal looking at onself and correcting and judging ourselves in light of the Word. Remember Jesus said to those doing the works of casting out devils and healing sick , He said in that day i will say i never knew you depart from me workers of iniquity .so yes we must do works like you said that after salvation but much more important is our intimate relationship with Christ in the secret prayer place .We must Know Him and He us closely . Come on Guys ,you dont have to be a rocket scientist to understand that someone who has lead 70 million souls to Jesus is a Holy man of God. 1 corinthians 6: 9 and revelation 21:8 , If you live in Continious willfull sin these scriptures say you will not make it period. Yes we are saved by grace but then after our eyes are open we must stop choosing to sin willfully .Luke 13:3 . Acts 2:38 acts 3:19 . Repent means turn 180 degrees around and stop doing these sins willfully. It’s not good works, its hating sin.yes we make mistakes but thats different than making plans to sin . Why do you guys love your sins so much ? @chooch ` he doesn’t preach works gospel. U don’t know the context and circumstances under which he is preaching, and so there’s no point in arguing because u just know the half truth
And that, children, is why Mr Bonnke is in hell. He didn’t repent of all his sins. (And he got the gospel wrong.)

This tells us to serve God well repenting of the opposite of these acrions to these actions does it say it saves us no.

@Priya S it is a work righteousness- as it involves stop sinning and therefore start doing good.
Obeying the spirit doing what is righteouness i.e doing what God tells u.
So its works a sits nit the Gospel which is what God did and according to acts 16 30 and 1 cor 15 the Gospel alone saves.
So if u reject the Gospel u are rejecting God.
