  1. Great movie, but it's really hard to judge the others choices..nobody can says if that right or wrong to put an end to our lives, only god knows…I wish we could live without suffering, but it's Life…❤

  2. pity she is not in a grave that could visit regularly with flowers and pray for her soul.
Husband had wrong attitude , lack of love and will not make love, as if her dying was for him a burden.
What a state Canada is now in with euthanasia etc…………lack of Christianity and God

  3. I read many comments speaking against euthanasia or assisted suicide. Well, why aren't you, guys, concerned about the cruelties humans do to each other while they are alive?
Do you think it's OK to watch an elderly person being homeless? Do you think it's right to cut services for the disabled?
I hope you will learn not to judge other people's decisions. Life is a blessing but, unfortunately, not for everyone.

  4. I am crying. This is the most painful movie I have seen in my life. Undoubtedly, the best – story-wise, acting-wise.
I don't know the name of the actress who played Due – she is simply brilliant. I didn't feel for a minute I was watching a movie! It was as if a real life happening was unfolding itself before me!
This movie should be promoted. I wasn't aware of the disease. I only hope and pray that we don't have to deal with such unknown, unheard-of diseases in the days ahead.
Thanks to the Unit for the movie. God bless all the sentients beings of the world.

  5. A very sad movie 😔 so sorry sometimes for life having these all circumstances. It is not simple to face the fact. Sometimes a big question for us and no answers to receive before the situation ends.
The only thing I just want to say is but..
God is the only one to decide for our life because He is the one who created us..
The question now is.. where is her soul now..we do not know only God knows..
some believe in the soul some are not..but if we read the bible in the book of revelation 20:11-15.. it mentioned there the judgement of the dead. So it means we have a soul.. the one to receive judgement whether eternal life or eternal death…
May God help us to understand and open our eyes, mind and heart, guide us in every situation we decide to make…

  6. Meine Schwester darf auch selbst entscheiden wann sie ihr Leben nicht mehr als erträglich empfindet und hat die entsprechenden Medikamente bereits daheim im Nachttisch vorrätig. Also: natürlich nur für 1 x ……..
    🥺

  7. Hell is the outcome when one ends his or her life; heaven is worth fighting for. Hospice is about giving patients a lot of pain medicine that causes numbness and even unconsciouness and it is enough. Euthanasia is inhumane.

  8. I'd ABSOLUTELY sue anyone and anything that restricts me. With all due respect to your religious views, we've all misunderstood the power of however you want to call it. Preaching the 'laws of God' is a restrictive practice. GOD said this, and that! No, 'God', this Universe more exactly, which you are forming yourself is a playground. You are born at your will, and you should die freely at your will.
It's a stupid thing to even think you have to ask for permission for something that is personally YOURS!

  9. She said " At the end of the day I am doing this for myself " As a Nurse who have taken care of the dying ,held many hands in the last stages and seen and help with so much pain / suffering..death is not pretty it is painful ,sometimes m es very long and the suffering great even when you try to keep a patient as comfortable as possible..this movie is a tearjerker for sure …My personal opinion does not matter what an individual wishes to do in the midst of great suffering as for myself I would not want to live in agony / suffering..and Yes I am a Christian, believer in Jesus…

  10. I do not consider this woman a hero. It is a wicked disease but our lives are never just about us. Every choice we make impacts others and when you are a mom or a dad, the child should be first in your heart and your choice,

  11. 1,000% disagree with this. Today hospice will push to over medicate patients. I’ve experienced it twice. On and off, my dad had a difficult time getting around on his own, and needed help in and out of the shower. The head nurse tried to get me to start my dad on morphine. I told her no. He’s is not in pain. She proceeded in trying to talk me into it, and left several boxes of morphine for when I changed my mind.
They did terminal patient assisted suicides in Canada way before America. Now Canada will medically help it’s citizens commit suicide if they’re depressed, or they feel like they can afford the financial cost of living. They have lowered the age to include young teenagers leaving out their parents. One mother found out by reading something her 15 year older child wrote less than a week before the appointment.
How do things like this start? Emotionally playing on peoples sympathies.
    Where does it end?
It doesn’t. It keeps getting more depraved.
