Message To Listen: The Other Side of Faith
Man is tripartite in His Build up (1 Thes. 5:23): A Spirit hosted in a mortal Body and has the soulical faculties(will, emotion & intellect).
THE HEALING OF THE SPIRIT 1. The primary healing of the Spirit = SALVATION (John 15:1-2, 4-5, 2 Cor. 5:17) * God designed man that His presence becomes their habitat. Hence, when you sin we fall outside this perimeter (Romans 3:23)
* Once the will of man has not partnered with the nature of the flesh, the person cannot be judged into condemnation.
2. The strengthening of the Spirit of Man is also healing (Eph. 3:16, Isa. 40:29)
THE HEALING OF THE SOUL 1. The healing of the Soul = PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALING
FACTORS THAT BREAK THE SOUL OF MAN 1. Disappointed expectation 2. Rejection 3. Betrayal/Loss of Trust 4. Delays
* How you know you are healed is that there is no discussion around your life that creates a reaction again.
Proofs that you are not healed are Unforgiveness, Bitterness, Aggression, Hatred, Anger.
* You do not have a lifetime to heal slowly. If you heal quickly and maximize your life, you can fulfill your purpose and destiny. When you turn your pain to power, you’re healed. (John 4-Jesus and the Samaritan woman)
Joseph was hated, and this is the same for every man were because of his dreams, the love of his father (The Love of God) & he has a coat of many colors (Multi-tasking)
* The classic proof of a wounded spirit is the presence of hate, rage, or discouragement.
6 PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS OF MAN 1. Security 2. Variety 3. Significance (Particularly for men) 4. Love & Acceptance (Particularly for ladies) 5. Need for Growth | 6. Impact & Contribution
STEPS TO EMOTIONAL HEALING 1. Call upon the name of the Lord over the situation causing the pain/hurt. 2. Locate scriptures that speak victory to your destiny concerning the matters of hurt 3. Seek Godly counsel from matured believers [2 Conditions before opening up: a. Spiritual maturity | b. Emotional intelligence]
By receiving the gift of pain is one of the ways of maturing in the scope of emotional intelligence. And one of the fruits of emotional intelligence is empathy. 4. Find a cause that is bigger than your pain and invest your life in it
* Healing is complete when you can stop someone from going through the pain you went through.
* It is a dangerous thing for a man to be lifted without healing. You will use the platform for revenge instead of service & impact. Learn from the life of Joseph (Gen. 50:20)
THE HEALING OF THE BODY (1 Pet. 2:24) * The healing of the body is a combination of physical strategies, medical strategies, and psychological strategies.The term "Healing" implies curative, while "Health" is preventive.
2 DIMENSIONS OF HEALING OF THE BODY 1. Corrective/Currative dimension | 2. Preventive dimension
1. Believe that it is the will of God to be healed and walk in healing (Jh. 10:10, Ps. 103:3) 2. Satan is directly behind most of the sicknesses and diseases that plague your body (Lk 13:16) 3. Believe that it takes health and vitality to serve the Lord effectively and live a victorious life
KEYS TO HEALTH 1. Guard your heart with all diligence. 2. Speak life, victory & healing (Engage the power of faith-filled confessions) -2 Cor. 4:18 3. Obtain grace to eat right 4. Practice fasting. [ BENEFITS | a. Builds your life spiritually | b. Helps your body] 5. Practice rest 6. Maintain joy & gladness of heart
LAWS OF HEALING 1. Believe it is the will of God for you to be healed. [If God can raise the dead, then God can perfect the living] Message to Listen: Again I say, Rejoice
2. Be willing to receive healing (Acts 3:1-9) 3. There must be the hearing of faith (being exposed to the Word of God and what is says about healing) 4. Release your faith to receive healing by acting upon the word (Lk 5:24-26) 5. Provoke healing by creating an atmosphere of worship
I am grateful Jesus, Eshe oooooo. I am here to return all thanks to God, after giving me a miracle job i had a worry. I started work february but the people who had been there before me had their salary slashed for the month of january. I was worried, and i put it in prayers that as long as i would work there, nothing shall go missing and i won't cry over any shortage. No shortage by God grace and mercy and as long as i am there our salaries would be complete. I am here to thank God for i was paid this morning and our salaries were complete, no shortage. Thank you jesus for i know that this blessing is permanent in Jesus name, Amen.
I am here to testify, I have had this shoulder pain for more than two weeks. During the prayer, I touched the shoulder, and some minutes later, I just started turning it, and stretching and I realized the pain had gone. I have come back to say thank you, Lord. I am grateful 🙏 Thank you, Apostle. May God continue to increase you in Jesus' name. Amen!!!!!!!
