  1. Making the distinction between ‘thus saith the LORD’ and ‘thus saith I’ is VERY important. Very very very good highlight teaching point, PT!!!!!

That’s how I rightly divide the word of truth while I’m reading it. More ppl need to be aware of Paul saying that because Paul says a lot that’s actually not ‘thus saith the Lord’ that Christian heads follow…when they should be following Christ not the Holy Spirit in Paul nor Paul’s godly inspired teachings that are actually NOT God’s doctrines at all, but religious theology instead.

Believers & receivers of Christ walk in the Spirit and follow Christ.

  2. Faith in Christ vs faith of Christ. It’s not a ‘versus’. It’s dialectical, not opposing.

I don’t think that audience member that didn’t have a question but an ‘[failed] observation’ understood the the faith of Christ. The faith of Christ can’t ‘get in the way’, the fruit and gift of the Spirit clarifies the walk in the Spirit so it can’t ‘be in the way’… I mean spiritually faith is ‘in The Way [Christ], but it’s not a distraction, which is what I gathered from her statement.

‘The faith of Christ; In everything in it there is no doubt in it’
No, you said it the first time PT. She just didn’t understand it

  3. Faith of Christ is no doubt. Faith in Christ there still isn’t doubt. In either manifestation, there is no doubt. The essence of faith is uncertainty, that’s why it’s very make up is the substance of things HOPED 4.

Not knowing vs doubt…that’s really where the emphasis is: Just because you don’t know something or the outcome of something doesn’t mean you should doubt God. Instead, Choose to Trust God.

  4. Crucifying the flesh is not a want. You can’t disciple a person to want to crucify the flesh. Just like sacrifice, crucifying is a PRODUCT and an OUTCOME of living by righteousness and following the righteousness of God [Christ]. Walking in The Holy Spirit will insure that the flesh is crucified by virtue of the believer and receiver of Christ’s walk in the gift Christ left us… essentially that is the discipleship.
No human is successfully disciplining anybody to want to crucify the flesh… that’s religious

  5. Not everyone that operates if their God given gifts outside of the church is demonic….. this is why the church is dying,,,, passing judgement without wisdom, knowledge or understanding(inner standing)

  6. I love the way God uses Pastor Toure to teach and preach, its usually actionable and he is not afraid to show us some of of his misunderstanding or missteps along the topic, grateful to God for the gift of him and his wife🎉❤

  7. I love his testimony on tongues because I told God I didn't want the gift of tongues but give me the interpretation of them and what does God do, give me tongues, now I speak in a LOT of tongues and although I'm thankful, I tried covering my mouth because they show up at the most opportune times, BUT I'VE LEARNED TO LET GOD BE GOD!!!!
