Everyone has a corridor. A place where we wait, hope, pray, and confront the things we cannot control. The Corridor is a Nigerian …

  1. In June of this year, I was a month away from being homeless. As in stranded, underbridge level. I prayed like my life depended on it(because it did tbh). I didn’t have a single dime. I kept praying and telling God if he did not show up I would be disgraced.

Long story short, I got a random message from someone I had not spoken to for almost a year, exactly July 3rd, who wanted to work with me, he agreed to pay me before I began work, I’m talking of millions. It did not end. When I started househunting, everyone was telling me the amount I had would not get me the house of my choice, given the location I wanted a house in. I told God if that was the amount he decided to provide, then surely it would be more than enough to get me my house and even leave some change.

Brethren, if you are familiar with Lagos house hunting, you know it takes sometimes months to find the perfect house. In less than 1 week, I got my house, how I wanted it, where I wanted it, and guess what? After the total package, I got so much money left over. It has been two months in the house and each time I wake up, I marvel at how perfect God works.

But no sooner had I settled in that I started complaining and obsessing, about the next phase of my life, infact for the past few weeks, I had been angry at God, for the “seeming silence”. Angrily asking him why he has left me here. There were moments in prayer I got a faint reminder of how where I am, was exactly what I was desperately praying for in June. Infact, there was nothing I would not have given to be here, as at the time. The exact life I am living now, is everything I asked God for to the T in June. But I quickly forgot and kept on complaining for more.

Watching this and especially when Life walked into the church and started her crying and complaining, then switched to thanksgiving, it dawned on me that I have never sat down to appreciate God for what he did. As much as I knew it was a testimony, I was not intentional at thanking God for it, as I was intentional when asking for it. The difference between the shame I would have experienced and this testimony, is that God showed up on time.

This movie is another reminder to me from God, to tell him thank you. This is me openly, loudly, proudly saying “THANK YOU JESUS FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME”. When I had no one else, and I called to you, you heard me, you honoured me, and you answered me. I am so grateful Lord.

  2. Not me screaming, “Pick your damn call!” 😭😂

The message was well passed. This movie has so much depth to it.

The emotions that went into it were top-notch. I love how the cleaner stirred up her faith and reminded her of what truly matters.

There’s one thing I’ve always known God for, and that is His faithfulness. Even in difficult situations, I’ve learnt to remain grateful because He has a track record of keeping His word.

    Thank you, Aunty Mo! ❤️

And thank you to everyone who made this happen. May God continue to use your work to touch lives. 🙏🏽

  3. Everybody has a prayer point.
    The irony of life:

I want what you have but not the struggles and you want what I have but not the struggles. Good God knew only you could go through what you’ve been through to have what you have and only I could go through what I’ve been through to have what I have.

  4. Life's prayer in the middle of her father's surgery had me in tears.

The raw emotion, surrender, and realization that God is good in both the good and bad seasons… such a deeply spiritual and well-acted movie!

Thank you so much Pst Mo !

  5. God is the very definition of GOOD! And I believe that English and all the languages in the earth got tired of looking for the best word, and they just said: He’s good, O da…. And If there is a better word to describe You, oh my Good Good Father, I gladly will! 🤭. Another thing this movie taught me is to be grateful, to God, to people, our parents…Thank you Aunty Mo and Happy Birthday ma!💕

  6. Greetings everyone, though watching movies, let us not be caught up in this world, but rather Focus our eyes on Jesus, For the time is short, He is soon to come, Rapture can happen at any moment, that's why Jesus said be & stay ready at all times💯 Our Relationship with Jesus is most important, and He wants all to seek him while they still can and be saved just as it written: For it is not the will of God that any should perish but for all to come to repentance. we all are sinners in need of saviour and Only Jesus the one true living God can save us from eternal death and give us his free gift of eternal life🤍🤍 Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life
