All drugs should be legalized with some of the tax revenue used to improve and study mental health and treat addiction. But then what would the cartels do?
It’s strange, alcohol has destroyed more lives and killed more people than cannabis ever will and yet alcohol is socially acceptable and cannabis is not.
The real problem is that Big pharma doesn't want to lose $$$ to a plant you can grow yourself for Free. They pay off politicians to keep it a class 1 drug.
I still hear the folks who talk crap on cannabis ranting how evil it is! Propaganda created in the 30s and brain washing the masses about cannabis is and has been very powerfull. People need to understand that no one ever should have died or been incarcerated for cannabis. My heart goes out to all those who have died fighting crimes that were never supposed to be crimes. My heart also goes out to those who can't use cannabis in the states that it's not legal! THIS IS A FOR WORSE CRIME TO KEEP ME FROM GETTING AND USING THIS IN MY STATE! We need to move away from the reefer madness that was caused by a chemical company who wanted hemp out of the picture so they could begin making paper from TREES! They used money and power to demonize the plant in order to change the way we get paper! What a crime on humanity to make paper from TREES! It has ruined the planet! This is the real truth about why it's labeled bad and never should have! Wake up people!
Before I watch this I want to say my large concern is keeping it away from kids. Pre-teens and teenagers are still developing a sense of aspiration and achievement as well as socializing and fields of interest. Not all kids that partake become hapless potheads but some notable percentage does. This seems to especially manifest in teenage boys. My inexpert theory is, for these individuals, the sensation of being high becomes an integral part of the pleasures they've already discovered and replaces the need to discover any more. This completely disables the motive to try anything new. This becomes a serious developmental issue in some, and a history heavy use is noteworthy in a mental evaluation. I'm not preaching "Reefer Madness" stuff here. I was a SoCal beach bum in the early Eighties: I've known these guys. In that place and time you could count on about one in twelve guys being a total "Wake-n-Bake" pothead. That's what they did. That's all they did; get stoned and look forward to getting stoned. If they had a job it was one an average eleven-year-old could do because that was all the enthusiasm and competence they could muster for pretty much anything. I found them to be boring and tedious people at best. Some become really whacked-out and desperate when ten years went by and they found themselves a fifteen-year-old person in a twenty-five-year-old body. None of the ones I knew became Rock stars. "What's my age, again?"
ulcerative colitis for 23 yrs. I use to map out where bathrooms were. been smoking for 3 yrs and now I can go on 4 mile walks. across the bk bridge. up the west side highway to the skyline then over to 34th Street in Manhattan. without a bathroom break
Seems like there is a lot of lifetime smokers you could study to find out long term effects right here in the comments. Myself included. Started at age 7 , and still smoke every day. I dropped out of HS in 10th grade. Took a GED blind scored 92% . Then took the ASFAB and scored 96% . Served , worked many jobs of anything I wanted . then worked as a live audio/lighting touring engineer for 14 years , where I became a full Production Manager. At 43 I was injured after a 45’ fall with a scaffold tower at a show. And broke my back in six places. Doctors told me I would never walk again. I refused ALL treatments , and meds. And after 3 days I walked out of the hospital. I started PT ASAP , and used nothing but Flower as pain control. I’m 56 ,and still perform on stage with a 20lbs Les Paul slung over my shoulder while jumping around all over the place. Oh , I feel it , but can you think of a better reason to be hurting ? I can’t ! But I do want to add. A study should also be done on Adrenalin , cause when I’m playing it’s almost euphoric ,and I feel almost numb until we stop for a break. Then the pain washes in. A quick “puff puff pass “ , and back to work … 🤠🎸🎶🤙🇺🇸
Brain Washed,, )(( all r lives,, 🤔
Choosing to use drugs is as stupid as choosing to be an American, but we have to endure with what we need to get by.

Would THC help somebody with cdementure

America be like help vets but what they really want to say is F veterans. The actions I see speak louder than the words, “Thank you for your service.”

I watched this to educate myself, so that I may vote wisely on proposed cannabis
laws in a small western NY town. Thank you.
