You do not hear the voice of G-d and then choose not to obey Him. The Christian church has a saying that represents the Shema: Delayed obedience is disobedience.
You obey the Lord even to your own hurt. And even if you err, He makes up the gap! Hearing Him is a process of learning to trust Him, and He is just THAT good! You can trust Him!
His heart is so pleased that you are even trying to hear Him and obey Him. He will help you through this process, and you will be used for great and mighty things!
Why? Because He uses vessels here on Earth to do His will and bring Heaven to Earth! β€οΈβπ₯
