I've experienced this firsthand and when questioned, the powers that be will falsely accuse you of causing division and shun u without any care for your soul or stand for truth. (many prophecies and types of this all throuought the bible speaking to The Shepherds of Israel, though the powers that be never will reference or speak a word of this) They will acknowledge that fervent prayer is not happening anymore and that The Laodecian spirit causes people to be in their carnal minds before they even get out of the so called "house of prayer". God seeks those to "worship Him in spirit and in truth", not to go thru the motions in a nice suit. People have more fear of and love for their pastors than they do for God Himself. The motions of religion which God called "sensual having not The Spirit" in Jude have replaced true communion and fellowship with a God Who desires this above all else. Very sad as you said this falling away is hardly recognized much less resisted and fought against. The separation has begun. The wheat from the tares. The ones who will go beyond the appearance of the so called church will have to know their master's voice and trust "The Word of God" spoken in their spirit(conscience n intuition) obeying the "still small voice" of The Lord. I don't speak these words high mindedly against any person(s) but as a voice in the wilderness of our day hoping to find those scattered remnants searching for others with the eyes to see and the ears to hear what The Spirit sayeth, feeling sold out by "the church", Israel, for the comforts of flesh and the cares of life. Let us come together speaking the truth in love edifying and exhorting one another for we know and have seen "the beginning of sorrows" which means trib/great trib are soon upon us. Let us watch and pray and exhort one another bc OUR REDEMPTION DRAWETH NIGH!!!!!!!
BUT BEWARE OF DECEPTION Gen 3: 1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast… 2Cor11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. The most subtle deception of all is masking himself as a 1 God apostolic/pentecostal preacher leading Holy Ghost filled saints to carnality and lukewarmness as Jude said "sensual without The Spirit" yet all the appearance of. Wake up my brothers and sisters. He that endureth to the end shall be saved.
