  1. John 8 is a short story of the bible that explains a lot. No wonder he knew they’d do what they done.

John 8: 12 Who Jesus’ Father is
John 8: 19 They don’t know Jesus’ Father.
John 8: 44 Who their father is.

Matthew 23: 37 They keep β€œtaking out” prophets.
The Revelation 2:9 Synagogue of Satan.
And again in The Revelation 3:9. But he still loves them.

Luke 23: 34 New Living Translation.. β€œFather, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.” And the soldiers gambled for his clothes by throwing dice.

Jesus forgave and loved them all.
Just as the song β€œsky full of stars by Coldplay.” He don’t care because he sees those as stars too ✌️

    Luke 19: 7-8

  2. Jesus would detest everything the church has become today along with its believers. A bunch of blind followers walking behind the shadow of an organization of predators, thieves, leeches. Maybe that's why he hasn't returned

  3. Gaining followers on the bases of sentimentalism is wrong. Better make a movie about how to follow the 10 commandments. Don't steel, don't take other's wife, don't kill, notice, it says kill in general and not just murder that refers only to humans. .

  4. I think gibsons hollywood experience won here. It is in the historical sources that there was darkness and a strong wind. No earthquakes though. The temple as shown in this scene was destroyed 60 years later.

What is most funny is that even anti-christian historians wrote about darkness after His death. How can you deny something like that? Propaganda is the tool since ancient times. But when it comes to Jesus – you have sources from multiple sides and they all say almost the same things. Historically speaking. There is no other story like this. There are sources from romans, jews, greeks, even hindu.
