I never have sleep paralysis, I always sleep very alertly, my sleep is kind of light, I wake up several times during a night and usually I never have any dreams, I don't dream anything. It`s blank. Does this mean anything?🤔

I tried to do the hate jar but the idea of projecting hateful energy is difficult to me. So I gave the hate jar to a friend to do. For results mine looked normal and hers I never saw as her house cleaner through it out. My guess because it was gross :).
I had to skip over when you were saying hateful things to the rice and water. It was actually viscerally upsetting. Then I think about how I have so often spoken to myself with such negativity. I’ve been degrading my physical self in body and mind. I’m literally breaking my own heart.
I love the rice experiment, and I think I’d have a hard time following through with it. I found myself feeling so much sadness and compassion for the hate jar!! Lol. Thank you Amber for sharing your powerful healing experience!! So inspiring 🙏🏻🌈😘

I setup the rice experiment TODAY – 5/19/25. I'll post what happens .. I will remember EMOTION & INTENT. I want to see if I can heal the neurological damage caused by a massive reaction I had to a flu vaccine in 2012. I had Guillain Barre Syndrome, was paralyzed for 5 years and, although I have come along way, I still have neurological damage and pain. I want to be 100% healed!

I’m 64…I “always” loved myself…I have no medical problems…never had the common cold or flu!!! I don’t take jabs or meds!!! I don’t know what it feels like, to be sick. I’m a farmer, have bees and am building a timber frame home with my husband (8 years younger than myself) We live deep in the mountains…living off grid!!! I STILL can climb trees like it’s nothing and can; climb a tree and cut limbs with a chainsaw!!! Power of the mind and spirit concours EVERYTHING!!!
Ok now everyone needs to send this knowledge to as many others as possible, a picture is worth a thousand words. Each person that can experience the jar project will gain spiritual knowledge instead of having to look for it in books or listening to others teaching on this. I did this experiment with my children in 2015. It made a huge impact on me and my children (who are now adults.)
