  1. I wish, if I were a li'l sis of a big bro or sis, then I could share everything to him or her. Ours parents in reality do not give that much space to us that we can share everything to them. But luckily, I have found friends who always listen to me and help me out. And this channel sometimes acts as a therapist for me. Thank you so much ' Content ka Keeda '.

  3. I've had this mental breakdown and believe me, it's good to go through it alone (if u can) and stopped acting it out….I stopped misleading myself into being happy…it did last only a few weeks….
Yk why it's good for me? I spilled out all my emotions by writing in my diary, talking to God through prayers and i swear it helped… Just tell your best friend… That's the best option

  4. The reason why teens are so depressed today is because instead of going out into the worId and carving out a pIace for themseIves as they had done in the past, they are now kept Iocked up in cages under constant surveiIIance, cut off from the world without a voice. At around age 12/13 is when the drive to self-actuaIize starts kicking into overdrive. The innate human desire for freedom and independence naturaIIy manifest as rebelliousness. All caged animals react this way. Independence is undesirabIe in a corporate economy, so this behavior is derided and written off as immature “teen angst” whiIe chiIdish compIiance and obedience are rewarded and upheId as signs of maturity.

EventuaIIy, caged animaIs give up and become resigned to their fate, and we are no different. Except, in our case, we are made to believe that this is a good thing. We are all sold the lie that giving up on our “childish” hopes and dreams and accepting mediocrity means we are “growing up,” and the saddest part is that we believe it.
