Thank you for today's message…… When I think of those who suffer trials and afflictions (and these can come in many forms…… I always have in mind Joni Erickson Tada, and how God has used her to be such an encouragement to those who suffer pain and debilitating disease…… And on top of this she and Ken running a ministry delivering wheelchairs to those who would never be able to afford them!! Just this morning I saw her latest painting….. a horse in the mustard grass… different mediums….. but what an achievement…..!
SOLI DEO GLORIA!!! Love and blessings to all !!! Your Rosie xxxxx 🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🤗✝️👑🙌🌟🎵😍✨🐑😇🩷🛐🙌📖🙏♥️🌹
Rosie, Joni is a personal hero of the faith for me!! I read her autobiography when I was first saved and she just grows more radiant in her faith with every passing year! I can’t tell you the times when I have been going through some troubles, whether physical or emotional or spiritual, and I will say to myself, “If Joni can do it, so can I!” I pray daily for her and Ken and all the volunteers that bring hope to thousands worldwide. She also is one I think of when Christians say you’re not healed because you don’t have enough faith. 😞 Her faith has abounded in suffering!!!💔❤️🩹❤️❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
Simon the Cyrene was constrained to carry the Cross on Christ’s way to Calvary; yet, look at the honor that was placed upon his shoulders that dark day for an eternal testimony. Would he have chosen to carry it on his own??? I doubt that very much! The Roman soldiers made him. Such is life for us many times.
Just read your observation of Simon of Cyrene who was commissioned to carry Christ's Cross….. Little did he know what honour had been bestowed upon him that day……! What a beautiful insight you have given me in this unwilling act of his….. I pray next time I am to carry out I task I would rather not do, may I remember what you shared this day, and how it must have impacted his life eternally….! ✝️✝️✝️🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️🌹
