One thing I don't understand is if his parents had businesses, how come he and his siblings struggled so much financially with their own families in the beginning? Did his parents not leave him anything? It just dawned on me there.
Grateful Father for this sermon. For I am thankful I am not where I used to be but I feel stuck in the place I stand. I stood when I didn’t realize I was standing. Was it Your will? I have been given this battle before me at Your will. You are within me yet Your presence seems vacant. Lead me to feel You. Allow me to live within You. Get me out of this limbo. Prepare me for the inevitable. Define me in Your spirit. The fatigue of fighting is withering me. I have my own battles. Why do You hand me the world? How do I continue to achieve what seems to be impossible? Divine logic. I survived but why? Who is this person that imprisons me? Why does he exist when the odds are so against me? Is my faith that strong? Is my will in You that powerful? Before and after. I pray that You will give me clarity in this direction. I pray You will deliver me from this exile. I am still. Here.
