Many think and claim that they are going to heaven, they state a date when they feel they became born again, yet scripture states otherwise. As Jesus said, not everyone who says Lord, Lord will not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, its not because you proclaim this or that, its not because you did this or that, it is by God's doing, not ours, unless God has declared that indeed you are born again, indeed you are going to enter the kingdom of heaven, otherwise you will not.
It's not easy. It's hard to give up the ways of the world.
