The law is in favor of those who commit the crime. No wonder the U.S. is in such turmoil. Those who work hard to buy a home for themselves and family can be taken over by those who are too lazy to put in the time and work hours. Always ready to take whatever they want as if they are privileged.They just take over and the owners have to pay a lot to get their houses back. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE?
This judge should be held liable and disbarred along with being fined. This case should be reviewed and reversed because the judge failed to see the forgery. The family should be paid restitution by the state, the judge, and Ross and they should counter sue for emotional distress, theft by deception, and mental pain and suffering. These men should NEVER see the light of day EVER, and should have ALL privileges in jail stripped away! No access to computers, phones, or even paper and pencil!
So, if I see my neighbors leave, I can break in, change the locks and just start living there? Where does burglary turn into squatting ? Asking for a friend.
