I was able to come to a few conclusions after consulting the Bible and materials of: Dr TL Osborn, Evang Reinhard Bonnke, Dr Heidi Baker, Pst WF Kumuyi, Pst Chris Oyahkilome, Tom Scarella, Curry Blake etc
The truth is Dr TL Osborn already answered the question (and if anyone was qualified to answer the question, he was, considering how frequently creative miracles happened in his crusades, as well as miracles oftentimes happening and interrupting his sermons- He doesn't get to even pray for the sick many times before people start getting healed), but it was proper research-wise to see from other perspectives as well.
Tom Scarella from his decades of ministry discovered that up to 80% of people prayed for see no physical change in their condition, while about 20% see an immediate change. He noted that it doesn't mean those people weren't healed, it was in the process of continuous checking and trying to do what they couldn't do that the healing would usually click into place.
