Thank you for sharing your heart and putting into words how to understand my self talk specifically in the grief chapterβ¦.my loss of my mother, my husband, my grandmother(s), my grandfather and sometimes myself. I smiled, I cried, I surrendered, I forgave myself and understood that I gave all and there was nothing else that I could do. Now just l loss job in my late 50βs and can see that my next season is right around the corner, everyone is not to be an assignment and self care is priority and finally-not everyone deserve access!
