I noticed this on Ruth Kadri new film with the Lolade aunt and I’m seeing it here again. Is it compulsory for the woman to speak Yoruba when it’s obvious she’s not fluent in it. It’s very cringey every-time she speaks the language

I don't think it's as add as this. You have a hand skill and you decided to be mis treated. The story line is good but i think it's missing out some lesson s it can teach people that you know when to run when people mistreat you
This is a beautiful movie, I'm of a living testimony of what Lolade passed through but God has a way of showing up for us. This story just answered the verse No weapon fashioned against you shall prosper, congratulations to all the cast and crew members.
This is beautiful. Even though the storyline was quite predictable, I thoroughly enjoyed every scene. The aunty was exceptional with her 'wicked aunty' role. It's generally a good emotional roller coaster movie. Kudos. Can't wait to see Somadina Anyama on your channel, God willing soon.
Why the last scene though? Why go and rub it in their faces? Like for every other reason under the sun, Safety. If something had happened to her there, she would have deserved it. Do a proper Cinderella scene, let them gape at the wedding 💍. Why subject yourself to their filth?
