I don't really like the story line. The fact that a child did something bad does not mean he grow to be such. The father rebuked him. It wasn't like he was lenient. Children are bound to mistakes, it doesn't mean they will grow doing it.
The movie did not give any reason Wole turned out that way.

However, I feel that the company (Alpha Company) was not potrayed like a good 21st century company. How will a company in this age and time, not even have full profile of the person they are dealing with, and plan to award $200,000 usd to such a personality. They dont even have a picture of such individual and there is no social media profile to even a way to verify identify? I feel that could have been potrayed in a better way. Also, they did not even ask any question when the research paper was given to them and there should have been something to serve as a pointer before they even paid initial 20%, including account number.
