It's easy to msunderstand that quote if you don't understand to the context, my own little understanding after listening to the preaching, the quote refers to having a lifestyle of worship so that when you open your mouth, it will be "rivers of living waters". To me, singing praise and worship exposes you to many things. Some may even be attacked or take a hit because, at that point, you are seen as a channel, a border, or a guard. Leading people to worship may expose your lifestyle, which, if not in right-standing, may interrupt or block the flow of His presence. we need to be careful. This leads me to ask what type of vessel are you? Do you live a life of obedience to His command, sweet fellowship, intimate relationship, and reverence to God? If yes, then apparently, it's easy to draw power and invite his presence because you can carry his presence everywhere you go. So there is a build-up to this. Thus, the scripture offer your bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable, which is your reasonable service (worship). Selah.
