Nice movie ..but please Real Christian girls will first check if he is really a born again, talk to thier parents , pastors ..not visit him in his house before you say yes , ..anyways its a movie .. When I watched the movie I was multitasking. One thing I noticed is that she did not tell her sister exactly what was going wrong with the marriage. In cases that don’t involve physical abuse, this is the best thing that one can do. Once your family members know, it’s hard for them to let it go after restoration.
God is in the business of soul winning. He told Meika that Ayo was her husband because he looks at the heart. Ayo wasn't perfect and Meika even lost herself in the marriage because she allowed emotions to overwhelm her, she didn't understand the assignment. So for God to win Ayo into his kingdom, he sent Meika to get married to Ayo so that in the end, he will be redeemed and saved… God is in the business of soul winning… He is an intentional God… All glory be to God…. He was in the marriage in the midst of chaos and sin. When time was up, Ayo was saved. . . God can sacrifice his children for that one soul to be saved…. Powerful, powerful movie
Good message and lesson but far too fleshy scenes. Could’ve been depicted in a better way without visuals that could lead people to sin through what their eyes are exposed to
Ayo's brokenness comes from somewhere. And most of the time people who suffer this kind of sexual disorder have been exposed to Porn. Porn damages your soul and your sexual life. No only it is a spiritual door if not highway for any kind of evil spirit to possess you, but it will also torn your perspective of sex.This apply for males and females. Those who are addicted to porn, become slaves to masturbation and see sex as a way to gain pleasure not to give it. They become sexually selfish and are never satisfied, what leads to cheating. One demon will invite another. You end up broken and damaged. May God help us. As christians we must run away from sins. There is not small sin. What you call today a little Porn show, or a little masturbation, will damage you deeply and create reel issues in your sexual life once you got married.
Ayo is a sexually experimented man who married a non experimented girl but want her to become his whore right away. Maybe he could have been patient and train her to that kind of sexual activities. With time she may come around eventually if he teaches her with love and patience to be a passionate woman. She is a pure soul..Hummm so sad she has to go through that.
Thinking about it every marriage is put through fire. Marriages that survive the fire last forever and stronger. And those who don't break.

I am amazed people are reducing this movie to cheating…it is bigger than that most men (mostly african men) dont know how to be vunerable…because it makes them look weak he was battling with a child hood trauma the brain of a child is a blank slate and when fed the wrong thing it sticks and becomes normal. Most gay guys today are not gay by choice a lot of them suffer abuse and they dont know any other way… lets stop being self absorbed give people grace be kind to people you dont know if your kindness is someone's deliverance… people have a lot of baggages that they didnt choose life dealt them a wrong hand and society keeps piling on them more hurt…. Be wise and spread love
