  1. What a wonderful Christian movie! Thank you Pinnacle Peak movies for making this available. Wonderful storyline regarding what the Bible, what God says regarding conduct before marriage.

  2. God's love is unconditional and not based on our performance or past mistakes. His love is constant and unwavering, and nothing can separate us from God's love. We all fail in many ways. The good news is the truth that "in Christ," we are completely and fully forgiven and can move forward in life regardless of our past mistakes. The movie sets a standard for all of us to strive for, honesty, the fruit of the Spirit, "love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control," for young people in their relationships and for parents on how to love their children. The good news is that, as believers in Jesus, we all now have a new identity as children of God, regardless of our age or past. Now we rely on God's strength rather than our own efforts, and we have the Holy Spirit to guide us forward and help us live out the values Jesus taught us. Now, our life is not about achieving perfection, but about growing in God's grace. God's grace is 100 per cent enough for every step moving forward…here's a verse for encouragement: "But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen." 2 Peter 3:18

  3. A ring. Of $12,000, no less. And coming home she tells her mother about it. The mother only questions if her boyfriend can pay for it.
How is this a Christian movie? Which Christian would spend 12K on a ring?! In which Christian household is it normal to even talk about abusing God's money for something that superfluous? How about a small golden band for $500. Would do just as fine, wouldn't it?!
No, desist the urge to point out that I'm wrong. For I know I am not. This is sinful, truly sinful. Money isn't there to squander away like that! And I know this is The Greatest Sin in American churches nowadays. But most Christians CHOOSE to be blind for it.

What is the worst enemy of that which is pure? It's not what is obviously filthy. For people see right through it. It is what pretends to be pure, but is diluted.
In the US we see entire people groups being lured away by the luxuries of this world. The Christians become comfortable, relaxed. Donated to some charity every now and then to ease their conscience. But that is NOT the gospel that Jesus taught.
There are Very Many teachings in the New Testament alone of how our stance towards possessions should be.
But what do we see on YouTube? That Christian young women are cleaning out their wardrobe. Which easily holds 200 garments and 15 pairs or more of shoes.
Whatever happened to "Indeed the axe is already laid at the root of the trees; so every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.” And the crowds were questioning him, saying, “Then what shall we do?” And he would answer and say to them, “The man who has two tunics is to share with him who has none; and he who has food is to do likewise.”

Yes, I know, that sounds pretty radical. And yes, I understand that knows nothing about today's fashion. But shouldn't it at least teach us self-control in these matters?
When you put all the money overspent on clothes and shoes together, we have the rent of a small but decent place in a less expensive town for half a year. That would be just what's needed to help a homeless person back on his/her feet. What would Jesus do?! Overspent on vanity, or help a person in despair up?

We went to live abroad as missionaries and we lived among those with nothing. And those Christians, who hardly have anything, they do listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit.
A young family, down to their last worth of a dollar, bought tomatoes with their last money, for God had told them they would receive an unexpected guest. And indeed, during the night, an unexpected guest arrived and now they had some food to give to him, since bread with tomatoes and some salt is considered good food there.

Wouldn't you want that kind of relationship with God too?
But instead, most Christians have done water by the wine. A bit here, a bit there. And the other girl in the church said there was no harm is doing so-and-so, so now we do that too. And at the end we drink water with some color in it and it doesn't even resemble wine anymore.
Yet, this attitude is everywhere! In all our churches.

God knows you need a car to go to work in many places, for the public transport is not good enough where you live. But does it have to be such a big car? And so expensive?
And why do you live in such a big house, that needs so much energy to keep it warm and cool? Isn't a smaller house big enough? For now you have 2 rooms sitting empty most of the time anyway.

We once went to a church, that spend $20,000 on a new church playground. This was in a town that already had 5 nice public playgrounds. The church was in an area, zoned for commerce, so no houses with children close-by.
What they needed, and only perhaps, was a ball and a few pawns of 3 dollars each to indicate where the soccer goal was.
They already had a nice grass field and bushes with paths. What more do kids need for half an hour of free play on Sunday?
But no. The playground was 'necessary'. Since we were part of that church and it wasn't that big, we also donated 1K to it, to make sure the church wouldn't get into debt over it. Into debt! How ridiculous is that!

Meanwhile this church had a state of the art new, big kitchen in which not one single meal was ever cooked! Think if had cost at least 20K as well.
Over on the other side of the world, I knew about a Christian church that had asked for a few hundred dollars, so they could have a 'real kitchen'. Now they were cooking hundreds of meals per week for the many needy in their place and they did so in a mere hut with dirt floors…
    See the discrepancy?

In the West we have our priorities all wrong! And for outsiders, or those who have been outside of that bubble for long enough, it's clear to see that Jesus' warning that you cannot serve both God and Mammon are more actual than ever before.

Someone might reply that Jesus also said we will always have the poor around us. And alas, world history has shown that we do. And for sure there is a place for spending more money on equipment sometimes. But not on equipment that is hardly used! Or where a cheaper solution would have done just as well.

Grace frees us from the guilt we carry. But not so that we would sin some more. The apostle Paul is clear: "What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin so that grace may increase? May it never be! How shall we who died to sin still live in it?" Romans 6: 1-2.
But now we have this current 'civilization', where certain sins are not recognized as sin anymore, but are presented as virtue.

  4. 😄Hi everyone! We are wanting to become more involved with you all as we continue to build our community and family of believers.
❓We're thinking about having Trivia Tuesdays on our 'Community' tab. Do you like this idea?
❣Let us know if you have any other ideas!

  5. I see a lot of comments regarding the morals taught in this movie..how God's guidance can lead us to beautiful relations…I can only pray more young men and women find God and have that bounty in their lives…
I was raised during the fall of morals..during the 'free love' aftermath and had no guidance or direction…may our Country..our World..rediscover God's word and spread it around the Globe…
    Beautiful movie..thank you…

  6. I belong to those who choose to believe that these principles are still an anchor today, that we can become, and that God has prepared partners who are becoming too; where relationship identity is in Christ and defined by purity. Great movie.

  7. When our children show interest in a possible marriage partner, we should pray for four people:
    1. Our child
    2. Our child’s future spouse
    3. The person of interest
    4. That person’s future spouse
Sometimes it turns out we’ve been double praying for two people. Either way, we want God’s best for all concerned! Help them grow to be the Godly man or woman You created them to be, and the head/helpmeet their spouse and our child needs. The enemy hates it when we unconditionally pray blessings over the ‘wrong’ one and will fail to push them in between.

  8. Knock! Knock! Knock!🤔🤔🤔 I think I have been lost, confused in this world of "Movies". I really feel guilty of coming here late "@pinnaclepeakmovies " The right place for : Pure , unalloyed, inspiring and supernatural entertainment that any man can ever search for! . Thank YOU SO MUCH! Keep on doing the great work. AMEN

  9. I love movies with Godly principles. Ideas? Parents teaching their children how to value God's Word for humankind, and exploring the history from beginning of His creation to end. ..and how to develop this relationship with our Triune God.

  10. Nice movie but why we never saw the side of his family? I think parents should not allow daughters to be engaged with someone who they haven’t met his family yet; his parents, siblings etc. He spends hrs with your daughter in your house but never questioned his family and met him? No no no that’s not right
