I’m bless, I never believed 40 days and 40 nights fasting is actually possible by human. Have done 7 days, and I have tremendous testimonies, I encountered Holy Spirit like never before, the path to my destiny was covey to me by God, I got heal of skin disease of 17 years after my fast. I’m going to try 40 days. May God help me as I go through this fast in Jesus name. Amen

I pray every 3 hrs
I Read 1 or 2 chapter of bible daily
1 searched for relevant sermons which is peculiar to the purpose of my fast and I listen to about 2 to 3 preachings from reputable men of God to feed my spirit man.
I memorise some scriptures for my spiritual warfare.
I praise and worship and dance for an 1hour or more. Sleep a little and start up the same routine the next day.
Fix your eyes on Jesus during your retreat and see him do wonders in your life.
Would love to know what you do in a day.. Do you follow like a reading plan?
24 hours can be long.. Especially if you aren’t working
Jabulile Mwape yes i didn’t eat solid food and oil food. I only ate fruits. Banana, Apples, plantains, cherry and water. But if this is your first time fasting, you can’t fast that long, just fast for a short period and groom a fasting life style then Gradually you increase the length of fast.

I knew in my heart I had to do this fast. A 21 day fast. I kept brushing it off and I thought I couldn’t do it before starting. It’s day 19. I can’t believe i have managed. All I know is this has been God. I’m grateful because this desire came to me after listening to Dr Myles! Thank you Jesus! I feel great! Better days are ahead!

44:02 God is praying to God. One day I thought about it and I asked in my heart how could God pray to himself and talk to himself. As I was going through my Bible I landed on Exodus 34:5-7 which clearly showed me God speaking to himself and calling out His name. I was amazed. God surely speaks.
So powerful. After hearing this I have made prayer and fasting a constant use in my life. We live in a time now where God wants to do things here on earth and we need him to.

I am from Canada and our country is in such a mess politically (although the hair looks nice lol), spiritually, economically, ethically, etc. I have discovered Dr. Munroe in January and have been blown away by his teachings. I am starting my fast tomorrow on March 1 and am allowing God to use me to influence change in my life, my marriage, my daughter’s life, my husband’s life, our community filled with such turmoil, and our country. Let us all pray for the Holy Spirit to build up our faith and keep us strong throughout our fast.
