  1. Whenever he doesn’t get what he wants he becomes very rude and disrespectful. He feels very entitled unfortunately . His behavior pushes me to set more rules or refuse to let him do something else … and so he starts again and again !

  2. Punish bad behavior, don't make excuses for it. Rationality is becoming severely lost nowadays since virtue signaling, woke individuals are trying to shame old-fashioned disciplinarians.

  3. One thing parents dont think about is how this affects the other siblings. Lots of chances are given, but the siblings experience the fallout. Is it different from having parents who fight a lot or bringing a bad bf or gf home? The level of toxicity is hard. What's the middle ground?

  4. Let's be real. Teens behave the way they do because the law has put them in the driver's seat. They're just rude, and a lot of them have amazing parents who are trying. Old school parents had no issues with such things, but here we are. But great advice, though. You have made valid points.

  5. WTF! This is just worse remedy ever. This is why we have all this trouble with our kids! Stop letting kids demand and decide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
