I found the kids to be rude. I’m pretty sure a good mother would have taught them about respect. At least the older girl should know better, Very bratty. Good movie though.
There's a difference in missing your mother and not wanting a stepmother, but being rude is not the answer, I'm assuming he had a talk with these little girls about their mom's death
An 11 year old is big enough 2 take care of the home in the father's absence. I don't see why the father had 2 bring a friend in, this 11 year old is something else!!!!
The problem wasn't the kids, it's the dad. He should have been put his foot in that 11yr olds ass. I don't care if you like her or not, but you will respect her. She's a grown ass woman. Put your kids in there place. You start with the 11yr old, the 8yr old is a follower. Stop talking like they're adults. They're are children, you give them a inch, they'll take two. Nip that behavior in the bud. The first girlfriend did right by getting up out of there before she did something crazy. Yo, they put gum in her hair, salt in her water, and it went unpunished. I don't know how she stuck around as long as she did. They put gum in my hair, it's going to be some furniture moving around in that house. That being said, the movie was alright. Love Mercy in everything she does. She's the reason that I watch it. I give this movie a solid 6/10. I think we should have just a little more of the first girlfriend to get a feel on how f**ked those kids, no kid was. FACTS
The movie was good, but God knows I cannot tolerate that elder daughter's rude attitude, especially when she had to use scissors ✂️ on those clothes and the man's ungrateful attitude towards the lady without bothering to listen to her side of the story..
I don't know bout y'all but for me if I meet a man and his kids don't like me I gone and if my kids don't like the man I with I leave him alone. Yes our love and happiness is important but if kids not on that just leave. Other wise u asking for big trouble.
