    Introduction

Theme: The sovereignty and government of God’s grace, and the apostolic mandate to extend the Kingdom of God across territories.

    Key Scriptures:

Hebrews 4:16 – “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace…”

Acts 1:8 – “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you…”

Luke 2:52 – “And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.”

Purpose: To awaken believers to their apostolic calling—to seek grace, embrace God-ordained obedience and anointing, and to advance His Kingdom from their “Jerusalem” into all the earth.

    Main Teachings
    1. The Throne and Treasury of Grace
Government of Grace: Grace is dispensed from a heavenly throne (Heb. 4:16), governed by an “office” and administered through visits in spirit.

Divine Currency: As God’s eternal plans unfold, grace is His currency to equip us (cf. 2 Cor. 9:8).

Our Response: We must “mount up,” stir our spirits, and make obeisance before the throne, demanding mercy and supply.

    2. Apostolic Commission and Anointing
Apostolic vs. Great Commission: The “Great Commission” (Matt. 28:18–20) was first an apostolic mandate to twelve. Apostolic commissions reveal scope and strategy.

    Acts 1:8 Dissection:

    Vision: Global influence—“Jerusalem…Judea…Samaria…uttermost parts”

Resource: The Holy Ghost (“you shall receive power”)

Instrument: Spirit-filled men as agents to extend the Kingdom

Analogy of Anointing and Territory: Just as kings in Israel were anointed for specific regions, our anointing aligns us to platforms (e.g. church, workplace, nation) where we exercise dominion.

    3. The Seed Parables Applied
First Parable (Mark 4:14): Seed = “message of the Kingdom” sown into hearts. Obedience battles fleshly desires and renews the mind.

Second Parable (Matt. 13:37–38): Believers (fruitful hearts) become seed themselves when planted into “fields” (territories). Warfare ensues as both Kingdom and anti-Kingdom forces contend for the same ground.

    4. Obedience as Foundation for Authority
Jesus’ Example: Thirty years of hidden obedience → three years of public ministry (Luke 2:52; Heb. 4:16).

Authority Source: True ministerial authority issues from a life of consistent obedience, not mere eloquence or visibility.

Regime Shift: Under the Spirit’s regime (post-Ascension), commandments include fasting and persistent prayer (Matt. 6:16; Acts 13:2).

    5. Divine Timing: Kronos and Chairos
    Two “Times” in Scripture:

Kronos: Chronological time; the period of preparation.

Chairos: Appointed seasons; windows for harvest and manifestation.

Divine Calendar: Only the Father knows both (Acts 1:7). Our faithfulness in Kronos unlocks our entrance into Chairos.

    Illustrations and Examples
Personal Testimony: Dr. Osayi’s cable-TV outreach led to supernatural attacks until the Lord revealed territory-based anointing (burnt studio equipment → 12 years’ delay before safe return).

Prophetic Encounter: Removal of spiritual “coven” over Tema; a strategic prayer for the nation’s gates to lift, signalling a new season.

Parable Drama: Jesus as both student and teacher in Luke 2:46–52—model of hidden life (“increased in wisdom and stature”) before public mandate.

    Practical Applications
Frequent Throne-Access: Begin each day with a moment of spiritual “mounting up”—pray Hebrews 4:16; journal specific grace needs.

Discern Your Anointing: Ask God which “territories” (ministries, marketplaces) He has prepared you for; pray for territorial release.

Cultivate Obedience: Establish daily rhythms of fasting (e.g. one meal-free day per week) and extended prayer times (2 hrs/day; longer monthly).

Track Divine Seasons: Keep a “spiritual calendar”—note answered prayers and spiritual prompts. Identify patterns and harvest seasons.

Deploy the Seed: Share the Kingdom message (not simply prosperity) intentionally; as you see fruit, help those believers step into their own callings.

    Key Takeaways
Grace operates under a heavenly government; we must seek it with spiritual intentionality.

Apostolic ministry is anchored in Spirit-empowerment and aligned territory warfare.

Obedience precedes authority; hidden years of faithfulness fuel public influence.

God’s divine calendar (Kronos and Chairos) requires our faithfulness in preparation to enter appointed seasons.

True Kingdom advance manifests through a coordinated “symphony” of Spirit-filled voices.

    Conclusion
God’s Kingdom advances today by men and women who pursue His grace, embrace obedience, and align with His timing. As Dr. Osayi’s teaching reminds us: by the Spirit’s power we go forth—conquering territories, reviving lost purposes, and lifting eternal doors. May we each answer our apostolic call with unwavering faith and fresh boldness.
