This man came from a New Apostolic Reformation doctrine and although there are some truth's to his teaching, this is exactly what budists and Hindus and scientology are teaching! What about God's will for you? You are the slave of your Master, Jesus – you are not in control.
People who are operating on a higher level of understanding something don't quate they leave it for you to confirm, this is what happened to the Berean church, they went back home and checked the scripture to find out if Paul's teaching aligns with the scripture or not
