Absolutely wrong. The is old covenant not new covenant teaching. The specific passage is from the old testament prophet that reads , you shall no longer use the proverb " the fathers have eaten sour grapes and the children's teeth are set on edge" but each shall be judged for his own sin. This is then quoted in Hebrews/new testament the rest of that passage about the new covenant coming . Chapter 10 I believe. The proverb spoken come from both Ezekiel and Jeremiah, so twice spoken by GOD. Terrible theology. I could go on about a lot more of his teachings like on tithes of 10% but no need. Mark and avoid. Read the word of GOD and remember the old testament is a shadow of the the new testament. Focus on the new testament and build your doctrine on its contents and you will not err. God bless.
And let me guess….you live VERY comfortably on the 10 or 20% you fleece from each income earner in your church….how many Bentleys you got ?
Very accurate Biblically
