I loved this movie…the acting was good, especially the child actors.. sweet , human story. My Mum died when i was 7.yrs old, so it was a bittersweet moment for me…💛

This is definitely NOT a Christian movie. Dead people don’t show up like that and disappear. Familiar spirits do. They pose as your loved one. They are demons. A Christian father would not have done things this way with a new gf. He would have talked to the kids and explained that he liked the lady and if it was ok with them he wanted to date the lady and include them sometimes. He would explain that he wasn’t replacing their mother. They wouldn’t be all freaked out like these kids were. They would have done more fun things together that the kids wanted to do so they could get used to the lady and would NOT have taken the kids camping with her and slept in a tent with her. That’s not appropriate. There wouldn’t be any cursing in the movie if it was a Christian movie.
a dad who won't correct his kids… when he knows his kids are pulling mean tricks… You don't have to allow your kids to be mean, many times, to 'anyone'! & sleeping with your gf in their presence isn't a good example at all… i just can't appreciate this way of letting kids get over grief. they clearly need more time & this is forcing the situation. maybe he shld be dating the grocery store clerk. the kids know she is on their side— or their teacher– LOL. but it's wise to let kids adjust before you bring a gf into their midst. not my fave movie. kids shld be corrected, not act like you believe they're 'innocent'. monster kids have made many ppl miserable while blaming "horrible step-mothers". that may never end, in reality, for many ppl. I shied away from men with kids for that reason. & before you say, "Well, you were probably a horrible person". I'll just say, i wasn't going to come between a dad & his kids +or be treated like a ghost in any family.
Lily a very mature and responsible in the beginning of the story.. Later, scheming, disrespectful..This movie teaches about the right and wrong in life as children and adults…Life is a process and we need God to help us..
