  1. One that is obvious is Guardians of the Galaxy vol.3 and the guy there also finds out that the mutated creatures he leaves there also fall into evil. So, then he wants to keep destroying them and creating new ones that'll be perfect (thinking he is god).

  2. Have you watched any of the Kendrick brothers movies? Facing the Giants & Overcomer are my 2 favorites, but I like all of them. – I was visiting a church at a time when they were showing selected movies (Edited/shortened) with explanations for a strong Christian theme(s). Wreck it Ralph and Les Miserable (Hugh Jackman) were my favorites for that series of sermons throught the summer.

  3. Yes I have always loved beauty and the beast, I love the Beast for character development and becoming more kind and less aggressive and I love how Belle was kind and patient and forgave him for shouting at her ❤❤❤

  4. The lead animator of the transformation scene in Beauty and the Beast was a Christian. He wanted to depict the transformation like our turning from our sins to Christ, from our old life to new. Watching it closely, the scene is also reminiscent of Jesus being raised up above the Earth in crucifixion, then raising up to life again.

  5. I just watched Inside out 2 and It was pretty good. The sar-chasm bit was hilarious and the dad in the car was excited for those two days of alone time. Lots of clever writing in this film for all ages to enjoy. Hopefully I get to show these types of movies to my kids someday.

  6. All these movies are wonderful, but don't forget Lord of the Rings! There are myriad Christian themes in this series that resonate with me. They comfort me when I'm going through a tough time, and so do the books. The author of the books, J.R.R. Tolkien, was Christian too, and was a friend of C.S. Lewis. I recently committed myself to going back to church, and these series have played a role in that.

I can't believe that the Perelandria Chronicles by C.S. Lewis (the Narnia guy) are relatively unknown. I have a dream of becoming a screenwriter, and having a hand in bringing this incredible series to life on the big screen. Like Narnia, the Christian themes in this movie run strong.

I've always been a Disney fan, but I really like Don Bluth. "All Dogs Go to Heaven" is another good one… it's bittersweet, and it makes me sad to watch, but it's a beautiful movie.

  7. After watching your video from last night, I was disturbed by the evil cartoons, so I thought to myself there has to be cartoons that promote God. I saw most of the ones last night you mentioned in today's video. It maybe the cartoon Wrighters spin off stories and ideas from whatever they can find already written down easier than trying to come up a whole new story or theme.

  8. Obviously you're holding an unnecessary grudge towards me so I'll just continue to heal on my own as I already have been doing and I'll wish you the best. Perhaps someday you'll truly learn to see the light and how to fully embrace others and comprehend what they've gone through but for now clearly you are misunderstanding me. How can you call yourself a Christian and not display any form of compassion? Doesn't make sense at all but as a mature gentleman who's also Catholic I'll brush it off and pray for you. Criticism helps you grow just so you know it's not always a personal attack so learn to value it. My feedback is never meant to insult at all if only you understood that but perhaps someday you'll be more accepting. No need to be overly sensitive at all when the person is just sharing his experiences and trying to be helpful. Even though you don't care I'll still tell you that my favorite Biblical films will always be The Ten Commandments and The Greatest Story Every Told. King of Kings was also really moving not sure if you've seen any of them but check them out. Practice what you preach always never display hatred to those who've gone through tough times as those are not characteristics of a real Christian. Much love Taylor. I'm always blunt and extremely honest and I'm not changing that.

  9. C.S. Lewis, the author of The Chronicles of Narnia book series, wrote many theological books such as Mere Christianity, The Great Divorce, and The Screwtape Letters just to name a few. He was also very good friends with J.R.R. Tolkien, author of The Lord of the Rings, who introduced Lewis to Catholicism when they were at Oxford.
